My Moisturizing Protein Treatment

What you'll need:
Moisturizing Spritz or water
Honey (any kind doesn't matter)
Peanut Butter (creamy kind only, no peanut or crumbs)
Saran Wrap
Conditioning cap or old plastic grocery bag

First, I wet my hair with my moisturizing spritz, this treatment can also be done on freshly washed hair or used as a homemade co-wash, after wetting my hair I take the honey and completely saturated each strand with it until every area is reach.  After applying the honey, I then take a little over a table spoon of peanut butter and create a seal over my entire head before rubbing it all in, then after about 10 minutes of massaging the mixture into my scalp, I take some saran wrap and continue around the area of my scalp twice before wrapping my ear as well to ensure the back of my scalp gets covered too.  Once the the saran wrap has been secured to the desired amount I then cut the wrap pressing all remaining pieces together, then for extra heat retention I take either a conditioning cap or old grocery sack and wrap around the saran wrap.

I usually leave this on for about 2 to 3 hours depending on if I fall asleep, so after enough time has elapsed, I remove both wraps from my head and wash out the mixture with lukewarm water.  As precautionary note I do not scrub the mixture out of my hair, the pressure from the water will take care of that if anything only press toward the edges of your hairline to gently circulate the remains, keep rinsing until all the peanut butter and honey is gone.  Once I've finished rinsing, I gently pat my hair damp, spray a little of my moisturizing spritz to my hair then seal with either a product or oil and depending on the time of day will either wrap it up in my du rag and sleep or style and go on about my day.

Recap: This treatment great for anyone with either fine or over process hair, and also for any one who's trying to get their hair to revert back to its natural state after straightening.  My hair definitely benefited from this treatment because it eliminated my frizz while loosening my overall texture, this a treatment that I do once or twice a week depending on what is going on, and is a treatment that I will definitely continue, if any one decides to try this treatment let me know of your experiences.
